Almost every school especially in indonesia has their own uniform. This year, our campus Institut Manajemen Telkom is trying to make a rule for their student to wear uniform. Pro & contra appear about this rule. Many student disagree but still there are some who agree. So, how about me? Yes, I am the one who totally agree with this rule. Although have some negative effect to my own self, like I can not make my self cool with my own style, wearing school uniform have many positive effect in general. First, it can erase social envy. We wear the same clothes, so there are no differences beetwen the rich and the poor. Not only can erase social envy, but wearing uniform also can continue our campus tradition. For many years, we know that two other institutions in YPT, Institut Teknologi Telkom & Politeknik Telkom always wear their own uniform. So why dont we? The final reason is because the uniform is like a symbol or a sign for a student. By wearing uniform, all people would know what school we come from. So it will be better to take care your attitude when we are wearing a uniform. In conclusion, although have some negative effects in personal, wearing school uniform has many positive effects in general.
